LAPD Sued Over Fatal Crash

The family of a 25-year-old UC Santa Barbara student who died after her car was struck by a Los Angeles Police car speeding without lights or sirens has filed a civil negligence lawsuit against the city, the LAPD and the officers allegedly involved in the crash.
