Judge Narrows Chevron's Malicious Prosecution Suit Against Lawyer

The attorney who initiated the massive environmental lawsuit pending against Chevron Corp. in Ecuador has succeeded in having most of the company's malicious prosecution case against him dismissed - although Chevron will be able to pursue discovery on one issue.
