Latham Leads Intuit Deal

Latham & Watkins lawyers led by Menlo Park corporate partner Luke J. Bergstrom and associate Michelle Bushore helped Mountain View-based software company Intuit Inc. purchase Medfusion Inc. for $91 million this week.

PALO ALTO - Latham & Watkins lawyers led by Menlo Park corporate partner Luke J. Bergstrom and associate Michelle Bushore helped Mountain View-based software company Intuit Inc. purchase Medfusion Inc., a Cary, N.C.-based healthcare communications software company, for $91 million this week.
