Fraud Claim Opens Dole Verdict Case

Hearings on whether to dismiss a $2.3 million verdict against Dole Food Co Inc. began Monday, with Dole lawyers calling plaintiffs a "fraud squad" that perpetrated the same "host of lies" that got two similar lawsuits thrown out last year.
