Bar May Release 'Not Qualified' Ratings
Criticized over the leak of a "not qualified" rating given to Appellate Justice Charles Poochigian last summer, the State Bar is considering requiring that the rating of a judicial candidate deemed "not qualified" be made public if the governor appoints that candidate to the bench.
