SAN FRANCISCO - Last-minute scrambling in the Heller Ehrman bankruptcy last week led the firm to six settlements with former clients as it closes in on approval time for its liquidation plan. The firm also filed an objection to its San Francisco landlord's $16 million claim for unpaid rent, one of the largest claims in the case.
