CNET Founder Sues Auction Houses

Richard Prince's "Nurse in Hollywood #4" (2004) is at the center of a lawsuit filed by CNET Network founder Halsey Minor against Christie's auction house. The trial started Monday in San Francisco federal court.

SAN FRANCISCO - CNET Networks Inc. founder Halsey Minor, already facing nearly $30 million in judgments owed to Sotheby's and an investment bank relating to his art collection, is scheduled to start trial today in a related case against Christie's Inc. auction house.
