Top Immigration Lawyer Suspended

A well-known Los Angeles immigration attorney has been barred from practicing law for one year after immigrants filed complaints alleging his misconduct led to deportation orders against them.

LOS ANGELES - A well-known Los Angeles immigration attorney has been barred from practicing law for one year after immigrants filed complaints alleging his misconduct led to deportation orders against them.

The State Bar ordered Stuart I. Folinsky to stop practicing law last month after four immigrants alleged he failed to file paperwork or appear in court.
