LOS ANGELES - Retired Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Leslie Light, a seminal influence on a generation of lawyers during his 35 years on the bench, has died.
Light, who was the longest-serving trial judge in the state when he retired eight years ago, died March 30 from a fall at his Venice home. He was 79.
