SAN FRANCISCO - The Administrative Office of the Courts is placing its human resources computer project on hold, saying it plans to use the money to cover budget shortfalls elsewhere.
"It's a matter of us re-prioritizing the funds that we do have," agency spokesman Philip Carrizosa said Wednesday.
