Reed Smith attorneys represented Danish wind turbine manufacturer Vestas Wind Systems in one of the largest sales of wind turbines ever.
San Francisco partner Ellen Bastier led the worldwide team advising Vestas in its deal with the Portugal-based energy company Energias de Portugal. Bastier was aided by fellow San Francisco partner Donald Ousterhout and associate Michael Eden.
