Patent Co. Sues HTC and YouMail

Klausner Technologies Inc. on Monday amended an infringement lawsuit it filed in November in federal court in the Eastern District of Texas to include as defendants Taiwanese cell phone maker HTC Corp. and YouMail Inc.

Klausner Technologies Inc., the patent holding company of PDA inventor Judah Klausner, on Monday amended an infringement lawsuit it filed in November in federal court in the Eastern District of Texas to include as defendants Taiwanese cell phone maker HTC Corp. and YouMail Inc., a free online voicemail provider based in Aliso Viejo, Calif.
