Datel Can Proceed Against Microsoft

SAN FRANCISCO - U.S. Magistrate Judge Elizabeth Laporte of the Northern District of California on Friday denied Microsoft Corp.'s motion to dismiss an antitrust lawsuit filed by Datel Holdings and Datel Design & Development Inc. in November.
