SAN DIEGO - San Diego attorney Margaret M. Mann has been sworn in as a judge of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District by Chief District Judge Irma Gonzalez.
Mann, 52, fills the slot recently vacated by Judge James W. Meyers, who retired in February, but will continue to serve as a recalled bankruptcy judge to respond to record filings.
