Priest Sexual-Abuse Judge Is Disqualified

LOS ANGELES - A Los Angeles Superior Court judge has been removed from Southern California's clergy sexual-abuse litigation after a plaintiff's lawyer claimed the jurist wouldn't give him a fair trial, court officals said Monday.
