Court Will Consider Waivers for Bankruptcy-Objections Deadline

WASHINGTON - In a case stemming from a bitter dispute between two plastic surgeons, the Supreme Court on Monday agreed to consider whether the deadline for filing objections to a bankruptcy filing can be waived by the bankrupt party.
