Female Presiding Judge Pioneered on Court

LOS ANGELES - Elisabeth Eberhard Zeigler, one of the first female presiding judges of the Los Angeles Municipal Court, died on her 86th birthday at the Queen of Angels-Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center.
