Financing Closes on North Beach Housing

A new housing development in San Francisco is one step closer to becoming reality. Attorneys have closed the equity financing for the development, located in the North Beach area near Fisherman's Wharf. The development - consisting of 341 housing units and some businesses - will replace a run-down, low-income housing project that was torn down last year.
