Van Der Hout Still Pushing Civil Rights
SAN FRANCISCO - Next month, San Francisco immigration lawyer Marc Van Der Hout will once again stand before a federal appeals court panel to challenge the constitutionality of a policy of streamlined appeals in immigration court, which he says strips aliens of their rights to challenge deportation orders.
