Hallinan: No Conspiracy Charges

SAN FRANCISCO - District Attorney Terence Hallinan confirmed Tuesday that he will not challenge a judge's ruling earlier this month to dismiss conspiracy charges against five high-ranking police officers, adding that he has no immediate plans to file new charges or take the case back to a grand jury.
