Priest Will Challenge Abuse-Suit Time Limits

FULLERTON - The arraignment of former priest John Peter Lenihan, who is charged with repeatedly molesting a teen-age girl 20 years ago, was continued Thursday after his defense attorney said he plans to challenge the statute of limitations waiver under which Lenihan is being prosecuted.
