WASHINGTON - Alex Kozinski, the chief judge of the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, has again helped his clerks win coveted clerkships with U.S. Supreme Court justices.
He will have two of his clerks clerking at the Supreme Court in the 2010 term.
Robert E. Johnson, a Harvard Law School graduate, will be clerking for Justice Anthony M. Kennedy and Stanford Law School...
