Renowned San Francisco criminal defense lawyer Dennis Riordan is hoping that Monday's gun rights ruling from the U.S. Supreme Court will help him get a new trial for his client, a Santa Cruz doctor facing a 60-day jail sentence for carrying a BB gun on her property.
