Heller Liquidation Plan Delayed

Objections to Heller Ehrman's proposed liquidation plan and ongoing settlement negotiations among stakeholders have caused the plan confirmation hearing to be rescheduled from July 6 to July 19.

SAN FRANCISCO - In Heller Ehrman's Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings, objections to the firm's proposed liquidation plan and ongoing settlement negotiations among stakeholders have caused the plan confirmation hearing to be rescheduled from July 6 to July 19.
