Reyes Sentenced to 18 Months

SAN FRANCISCO - Former Brocade Communications Systems Inc. chief executive Gregory L. Reyes was sentenced to 18 months in prison and a $15 million fine Thursday despite his attorney's best efforts to keep him out of prison by placing some of the blame for the stock options backdating epidemic on the legal profession in general.
