Lawmaker pushes to audit court administrators
Assemblyman Reginald Jones-Sawyer has formally requested an audit of the Judicial Branch's Administrative Office of the Courts. His office says the goal is efficiency.

State Assemblyman Reginald Jones-Sawyer, D-South Los Angeles, chairman of the Assembly's budget subcommittee on public safety, has formally requested an audit of the Judicial Branch's Administrative Office of the Courts.
The request, issued Tuesday, will go to the Joint Committee on Legislative Audit to be considered at its March 4 meeting. If approved, the audit would look at the administrative office's spending of public fun...
