Fenwick, Cooley tapped for Castlight Health's IPO

The San Francisco-based software developer provides tools to help employees compare and purchase health care plans, a sector many attorneys think is ripe for investment.

San Francisco-based health care software developer Castlight Health Inc. disclosed plans Monday to raise up to $100 million in an initial public offering with the help of corporate counsel from Fenwick & West LLP.


Mountain View partner Gordon K. Davidson, San Francisco partner Matthew S. Rossiter and Boise partner Robert A. Freedman are leading the Fenwick team.
