Wilson Sonsini, Orrick handle $3.2B sale of Nest Labs to Google
Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP represented Nest Labs Inc. in the Palo Alto-based startup's sale to Google Inc. Google received counsel from Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati PC in the deal announced Monday.

Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati PC counseled Google Inc. in its $3.2 billion acquisition of Nest Labs Inc., a deal announced Monday.
Nest Labs makes a range of programmable household devices like thermostats, smoke detectors and home security systems that can be connected to mobile devices. The deal is expected to close in the next few months, according to Google.
