OC judge says sheriff will have to be called to testify

Concerned about inconsistencies in sheriff's department officials' testimony, Judge Thomas Goethals said Sheriff Sandra Hutchens is "going to have to be called by somebody" in the hearing on whether discovery order violations will lead him to dismiss the possibility of the death penalty for Seal Beach mass murderer Scott Dekraai.
