Deputy DAs Consider Class Action Over 401K Snafu

The Los Angeles County Association of Deputy District Attorneys has voted to retain outside counsel to possibly file a class-action suit to recover upwards of $100,000 it contends the county owes its members in 401K retirement plan assets.
