NETOPIA SAYS JUST DO IT TO DOBOX ACQUISITION

Netopia Inc. has acquired DoBox Inc. in a deal that closed March 29. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Alameda's Netopia makes and sells DSL equipment that provides high-speed Internet connections. It also develops e-commerce Web sites for small to medium-sized businesses.
