Prosecutors Charge Man With Poisoning of Defense Attorney

SANTA ANA - Prosecutors have charged an Orange County man with murder for allegedly poisoning a Los Angeles criminal defense attorney. The body of Melissa Sue Mitchell, a 30-year-old sole practitioner, was found Saturday in a Laguna Niguel home she recently purchased.
