'Paycheck Protection' Carries Sinister, Hidden Agenda

Forum Column - By Jeff Steele - Sacramento-based "tax limitation" lobbyist Lew Uhler doesn't much like labor unions. That's hardly surprising, given his conservative political views. Now he may have gathered enough signatures to put before California voters a measure that will destroy the ability of public employees' unions to protect their members in the political arena - and that could destroy them.
