Panel Seems to Back Strict Ethics Rules for Arbitration
SAN FRANCISCO - In a pivotal case involving the state's strict new ethics rules for arbitrators, a panel of the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals seemed to think Tuesday that the standards do not significantly conflict with federal statutes.
