HP Pretext Scandal Claims General Counsel
LOS ANGELES - The Hewlett-Packard boardroom leak scandal claimed its second lawyer Thursday when Ann O. Baskins, longtime general counsel, senior vice president and secretary at the giant computer manufacturer resigned with a compensation package that included more than $4 million in stock options, payment of her legal fees and other benefits.
