RAND Corp. Fills New General Counsel Position

LOS ANGELES - Debra Schroeder, former senior counsel at the Aerospace Corp. in El Segundo, has stepped into a new position as general counsel at the RAND Corp. This is the first time the Santa Monica research institution has employed an in-house counsel.
