Harris is a late entrant to litigation over gas leak
After months sitting on the sidelines, state Attorney General Kamala Harris announced Tuesday she would sue SoCalGas over the Aliso Canyon gas leak, effectively muscling aside Los Angeles City Attorney Mike Feuer, who filed a lawsuit in December on behalf of the People of California that was later joined by Los Angeles County.
