State appellate justice to retire

Fourth District Justice Jeffrey King to join JAMS

Justice Jeffrey King of the Fourth District Court of Appeal in the Inland Empire is retiring after 20 years serving on the bench. He will join JAMS as a new mediator in the Inland Empire Resolution Center, the organization announced Monday.
