A Whittier Law School professor recently scored an 8-1 victory before the U.S. Supreme Court in a pro-bono case that could have sweeping effects on lawsuits filed under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act.
Radha Pathak, of counsel at Stris & Maher LLP, served as lead pro bono counsel, and as a tenured professor her involvement in a case before the high court is a rarity.
