Veteran commercial litigator joins Loeb & Loeb

Marc Cohen has joined Loeb & Loeb to dodge Kaye Scholer's mandatory retirement age.

A five-lawyer team from Kaye Scholer LLP's commercial litigation practice, including Los Angeles partner Marc S. Cohen, is slated to jump to Loeb & Loeb LLP on Monday.

Cohen, who joins the firm after nearly 15 years with Kaye Scholer, brings a proven track record of attracting high-profile clients, Loeb's deputy chairman Mickey Mayerson said Friday.
