State Bar seeks end to case over admission records
The agency plans to argue that a new law should result in a judgment in its favor in a long-running case over admissions records.

The State Bar is planning to seek dismissal of a long-running case that has sought to make public demographic information about bar applicants. The bar is hinging its argument on language in its annual dues bill approved by the Legislature last fall.
