Former temp worker sues Google

Google Inc. is facing a class action from a contract recruiter who says the Internet giant is violating California wage and hour laws.

A class action complaint filed Wednesday against Google Inc. alleges the tech giant violated the California Labor Code by denying employees compensation for all overtime worked, failed to pay owed wages upon separation from employment and did not furnish accurate wage statements.
