Court considers reviving school funding lawsuits
The 1st District Court of Appeal appeared open to reviving two civil lawsuits alleging that state government has violated the California Constitution by failing to adequately fund K-12 schools.

SAN FRANCISCO - The 1st District Court of Appeal appeared open to reviving two civil lawsuits alleging that state government has violated the California Constitution by failing to adequately fund K-12 schools.
