Attorney wins $7M against yoga teacher

A Los Angeles jury hit embattled yoga teacher Bikram Choudhury with a $6.4 million verdict Tuesday, a second damages result in as many days.

Yoga teacher Bikram Choudhury was hit with a $6.4 million verdict in punitive damages for sexually harassing and wrongfully terminating his former in-house lawyer.

A Los Angeles County jury agreed on the enhanced award Tuesday, just a day after it issued a $924,500 verdict in compensatory damages against Choudhury.
