GC from mobile business takes over computer tech company

Lenovo Group Ltd. announced late Tuesday a new general counsel will take over after the former one stepped down.

Computer technology company Lenovo Group Ltd. on Tuesday named Scott Offer as the new general counsel and senior vice president.

Offer will replace Jay C. Clemens, who will leave at the end of the company's fiscal year in March.
