State Bar's outside investigator blasted

The State Bar's choice of attorney to investigate accusations against Jayne Kim has drawn criticism.

Leaders of the State Bar employees' union recently told the agency's board that a report produced by an outside investigator should not be relied upon to clear Chief Trial Counsel Jayne Kim of misconduct allegations.
