State Bar seeks to recover unpaid costs

The State Bar is planning to more aggressively try to recoup unpaid costs that were assessed to attorneys disciplined in State Bar Court.

The State Bar is planning to more aggressively try to recoup unpaid costs that were assessed to attorneys disciplined in State Bar Court.

The initiative, which is expected to include bar filings in superior courts statewide, is being led by the general counsel's office.
