LA's slumlord suit against banks moves forward

A suit alleging banks neglected foreclosed properties in Los Angeles defeated summary judgment.

A suit seeking to hold banks responsible for blighting neighborhoods with unkempt, vacant and unsafe foreclosed homes defeated several motions for summary judgment last week and will move forward in 2016.
