State high court adds justices, shifts procedures in 2015

SAN FRANCISCO - The state Supreme Court underwent a transitional period in 2015, highlighted by its addition of two new justices appointed by Gov. Jerry Brown and its adoption of procedures that are more commonly associated with the federal courts.
