Chemerinsky to represent court in O.C. judge papering case

The right to deny peremptory challenges is on appeal by the Orange County district attorney's office.

Orange County Superior Court has hired a prominent legal scholar to defend against what it calls "blanket papering" of Judge Thomas M.
